We understand that as a parent, you need to be sure your children are in a safe learning environment while they learn about God. We also know that your children are looking for a FUN place to learn. Our goal is that from the time your child first enters their classroom that they will want to come back, and that their parents agree!

SUNDAY ELEMENTARY MINISTRY (K-8th Grade)

Our CCKIDS program is a Bible-based kids program that takes place on Sunday mornings during both of our services.  Upon arrival, all kids should visit the Kid Check-in Station to get their badges. Following Check-in, kids are welcome in their classrooms 15 minutes prior to the start of service, allowing the parents time to grab a cup of coffee and find a seat in service.

During these crucial years of physical, social, cognitive and spiritural development, your child will have the opportunity to learn and apply...

WISDOM: I need to make the wise choice.
FAITH: I can trust God no matter what.
FRIENDSHIP: I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

What your kids can expect on Sunday morning in CCKIDS:
SOCIAL TIME: Leaders welcome kids and spend time engaging in conversation and catching up. Try to be on time, as this sets the stage for the morning's lesson!

LARGE GROUP: Engages kids' hearts through a dynamic, easy-to-learn, interactive Bible story, worship, and prayer time.

SMALL GROUP: Kids split off into small groups, divided by age group, to create a safe place to connect and learn how the Bible story applies to real-life experiences through interactive activities and discussion questions. Small group leaders teach your kids to learn to trust God, make wise choices, and building lasting friendships.

// CAMP REGISTRATION //

We believe that the goal of youth ministry is to prepare students for a life of service and relationship with Jesus beyond high school.  The teenage years can be some of the most challenging, confusing, and critical years of a person’s life.  With this in mind, strategically helping teens and their families create a God based foundation for life is built into the fabric of how we do Youth Ministry.

Student Ministry Purposes:

1. We purpose to see teens who were once lost come to know and believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
2. We purpose to see future Christian leaders being developed through discipleship.
3. We purpose to unite with other age groups in our church to become a thriving and multi-generational body of Christ.
4. We purpose to become Jesus to our community by serving, loving, and being outward focused.

HIGH SCHOOL MINISTRY PROGRAMSelectronicwaiverbutton

Sundays - Worship, Learn, Serve
We encourage all of our High School students to join us on Sunday's for one of our Sunday services to encounter God through teaching, preaching, worship and communion.  We beleive it is VERY important for our youth to learn the value of being invested in the WHOLE body of beleivers.  Statistics show that students who do not learn the importance of multi-generational worship and fellowship as teenagers will not continue to attend church once they leave for college.
Most of our High School students attend the 11am service.

Second Sunday Lunch, Sunday 12:30 - 2:30pm
Second Sunday is a youth ministry event that encourages students to be in relationship, and provides an opportunity for connection between students and adult members of our church.  Lunch locations alternates between homes within the church and restaraunt locations.

Serve
It is proven that those who serve in the church consistently are the ones who grow the most, and become the most invested in their faith.  It is for this reason that we encourage ALL High School students to find a place to serve within the ministries of our church.  We have students who serve as greeters, music and computer tech's, musicians, and children's ministry workers.

Wednesdays, 6:00 - 6:30pm
Youth DINNER-   Each week before HSYG we provide a homemade dinner in our Youth Center.  The best part is, it's free!  Stealing directly from Jesus, we beleive that there is spiritual importance in eating together, spending time with one another in fellowship and encouragement.

Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00pm
High School Youth Group-   Our weekday High School program is aimed at introducing teens to Jesus and the church in a fun, encouraging environment. Teens experience worship, teaching, small groups, and activities.

Check out our event tab or our Student Instagram account @canbyccstudents for future events!
