Life Group Leader’s Check-In
Hi, fellow Life Group leaders,
It is important to me that all of us in Life Group Ministry feel supported, challenged, and equipped to accomplish our goal of making disciples. Because of that, I thought it would be a good idea for all of us as Life Group leaders to do a regular self-assessment that we can use to set goals to better accomplish our mission of loving Jesus, loving others, & making disciples. I will be doing this assessment myself and sharing my answers with you as well. This is for my benefit as much as it is for anyone else. This is not a time for me to give you a “grade” or anything like that. I can honestly say I think I need to be doing more for my group, and I just want to make sure you know you have the support and encouragement you need.
If you are like me, I am sure you take seriously your calling to be personally transformed more and more each day into the image of Christ and to use your spiritual gifts to build up our brothers and sisters in the church (Eph. 5:1-21). With this conviction in mind, it is important that we as leaders in the area of discipleship continue to reflect on how we can, in the power of the Holy Spirit, improve our spiritual skills and abilities and better lead others within our Life Groups (Gal. 6:2-5).
Please answer these confidential questions below thoroughly and honestly. After you complete this form, I will schedule a time to meet with you and discuss it, maybe over coffee, lunch, dinner, or any time you’re available.
Thanks!
- Rob
